Slippery Pavement as a Shuffling Dancefoor #Shanghai, China

What could be a greater place to shuffle-dance than a slippery pavement? The planners of one of Shanghai’s main shopping streets might have not intentionally designed this, but what happened is wonderful: an urban subculture of dancers. These teens were spotted just casually hanging out and dancing – in a matter similar to skaters, they were just hanging out and learning from each other. The street seemed not as a place to perform but just to be.

Thanks Søren Rosenbak for the footage!
